Where to find Cheap Xbox GamesFinding cheap Xbox games has never been easier. If you are an owner and fan of the first Microsoft video game console, the Xbox, you are probably just as excited as I am about the recent release of their follow up model the Xbox 360. Personally, I’m not excited because I plan on buying an Xbox 360, I’m just stoked because the prices on the original Xbox games are plummeting as a result. Cheap Xbox games are suddenly everywhere, and I’m in Xbox heaven. Games that were just several months ago in the $30-50 dollar range are now in the $15-30 dollar area. Some especially cheap Xbox games can be found for around $10 or less. This is a perfect example of the financial advantage of staying just one step behind the current generation of technology, a tactic I’ve been using for computers for years. The best way to find cheap Xbox games is to investigate it online. With just a little bit of snooping you can find some really good deals on decent Xbox games to order. Many different companies sell cheap Xbox games, and to stay competitive they’re constantly dropping their prices. One online site I like to use is of course eBay. Ebay is a great source for cheap Xbox games, even if they are used. I’ve never had any problems with a used Xbox game, and so if you are trying to get cheap Xbox games I would recommend looking for pre-owned ones. A lot of local stores will carry pre-owned Xbox games as well, if you don’t like using eBay. One chain I like is EB Games. EB Games is just about everywhere in the U.S. now, and they usually have a good selection of cheap Xbox games. While you can search for specific used Xbox games on their site, sometimes its fun to just pop into one of their stores if you see one. Actually perusing their used Xbox game shelf may help you catch a title or two you wouldn’t have thought to search for. And if you have an old Xbox game that you don’t play anymore, why not trade it in for a different one, or sell it to them. This is a good way to play lots of different games on your Xbox. Another favorite place to find cheap Xbox games is at local flea markets and yard sales. In fact, I have seen entire Xbox systems for sale at local yard sales, and they were cheap! And if you ask around, your friends usually know someone with an old Xbox lying around that they aren’t using and they’d be willing to sell you their old games. You can even find someone like yourself with an old Xbox that you can trade Xbox games with. With several more next generation video consoles scheduled to come out soon, I suspect the prices on Xbox games are going to continue their downward plunge. Just keeping your eyes open and staying vigilant on the internet, you’re sure to find all of the cheap Xbox games you’d ever want and then some. A few years down the road when the next Xbox comes out, I’ll be doing the same thing with the Xbox 360. |
Cheap Xbox Games Tip
It's one thing to fins cheap Xbox games, but quite another to buy pirated or stolen copies of Xbox games. Beware of people selling illegal copies of software as buying pirated software hurst everyone and may result in developers no longer writing game software for our beloved platform, the Xbox!
